Melt in your mouth pork chops. We got some pork chops at the Dickson farmers market for a birthday dinner. They were able to share so many details about their process and even gave recommendations on how to cook it! That meat MELTED in my mouth. Like nothing I’ve ever had! Can’t wait to try it again!
